Nom du Keyboard writes: The mighty YouTube (nee Google) has blocked TinyTube from providing YouTube videos transcoded to fit, and be streamed to, cell phone users. Coincindentally, they also signed a distribution deal, no doubt for excellent money, with Verizon in the same timeframe. So has YouTube forgotten who supplies, and more importantly owns, many of those videos? Or did they just get permission from every one of their users to do this in their name? More details here.
