Comment Your mileage may vary, but I had COVID-19 (Score 1) 372
I had to get vaccinated because I wanted to see my brother in Canada while my father was terminally ill with cancer and radiation treatments. That was in August 2021, I never got boosted. February 1st I came down with a mild cold that gave me a sore throat, runny nose, light cough and I was on the pot with diarrhea. Those symptoms lasted 4 days and according to my work after I first pop a positive COVID-19 test I can come back to work in 5 days. Less than a month later I had my yearly physical and I had to pay $61 extra to get the COVID antibody blood test results. My doctor wrote me a letter saying I had the highest levels of antibodies he had ever seen. I think I got COVID from a workmate that had traveled to europe, gave it to the guy sitting behind me and then I got it. The poor guy that was behind me at work had COVID symptoms the last week of January and he still is not well. I was taking some of the tin foil hat vitamins and a multivitamin. I do recall sleeping a lot and going thru 2 cases of Gatorade.
