To look at this problem from a fun weird tin foil hat:
A) We know the USA has reported Havana Syndrome. Has anyone else reported this ?
B) I am not aware that it has been reported to happen anywhere but outside of the USA. is this true?
C) We now know that other people not on the ground ( in air planes ) have experienced this, I just learned this now.

Is there any correlation between the parties at all? Besides being reported by the government ( that does NOT mean, everyone targeted is a government employee ).

I'm thinking along the lines that some of these targets might have genetic similarities. Think along the lines of the movie "They Live" where a pair of sunglasses let's the guy see the aliens. Maybe these target's have something special genetically, that the attacker does not want in the wild.

For example: We know as genetic fact, that rare humans, can run for 50-100 miles without hitting "The Wall" because the body does not produce the chemical reaction that starts the onset of muscle fatigue. We know of a very very rare type of mental problem which is knows to cause "no-fear", the reaction of fight or flight is not triggered (14 publicly know cases of these types of people in the US) in all situation tested where the outcome is A or B. We know of the genetic fact ( and surgery) of Aphakia ( one of the eye lens in the eye is missing or removed ) causing them to see in the ultraviolet spectrum.

( I am sure I am wrong on this ) Under current time travel science, you can't go back, you can only go forward, so that rules out some interesting "what did they do to the future".

Looking to join and laugh and think together because life is interesting.

I watch the first part of the 2 part series of Dune 2021, Then I saw 1984's Dune.

In reference to 84's, you it might have sucked. For me, it was the beginning of good science fiction on in the movies, I was in high school when it came out. and it was geeky enough to make itself amazing.

And that's the problem, it's a perspective thing.
I still like it, and when I watch it, I won't use a modern eye, I'll transport myself back to then, and enjoy it from that prospective. if I use a modern eye, I can see all the faults in editing, plot, timelines, sting?... I think that's why it's a "cult classic" you watch with old eye's not modern eyes.

Same with blade runner, If you were around at that time, it was amazing, and it's held up well. Yet it still amazing when I look at from my high school eyes.

Dune 2021, it riveting and slow, perfect buildup, I do find the costumes a bit blah. It's laying one heck of a foundation of work for people to enjoy it over the next 40 years.

While what you say seems correct, the observation of history prove correct in the USA.

We can see in the USA, all the abandoned mining towns, and abandoned railroad locations once resources were used up.

Is 'tax savings' a resource? It seems to be a tradable product. Therefore it will have to create other good and services to replace it's resources if companies want to stay.

By who's standards, the country has had many years of prosperity and income generation from these 'tax savings' firm providing employment. Ireland did re-invest those gains into education and promotion of the business knowledge, will they take an employment hit, yes. Brutal, I don't think so

I find that to be a common myth or falsehood. Everyone has hindsight. Yet when you are in that

utilizing Truthful Masculinity = Being a man is knowing, you have not played any games on your significant other ( could be a guy also or whatever gender ), have full trust in the woman ( in this case ) you are with, because otherwise, why would you even be with her, and you are supportive of each other.

the best response would have been that the couple looked at each other and then laughed in the blonds face.
