Sounds like it might benefit from a brushless motor, sartorial legs and RC control.

Flight duration depends on how much payload you need to carry vs how large your battery can be.  The larger quad copters at Hobbyking.com could easily fly that long with large enough batteries, and can also carry miniature video cameras.  With a 433mhz 1watt transmitter and receiver (<$500, FCC license required) you could control it out to about 40 miles.

The video gimbal for that particular quad copter costs extra.

But anyway, here's one for about $40.  It can be gyro stabilized on 3 axes through the flight controller.

Quad copters with these capabilities and better can be purchased by ordinary people for a few hundred $$ from several hobby vendors. There is no excuse for charging as much as these guys do, other than they are selling to military and gov't agencies who don't care what they spend.

IANAL, but in a legal action I took a few years ago, in which the defendant accused me of heinous acts, I learned that statements contained within a lawsuit which would be considered defamation if published elsewhere, are not considered defamatory.

Note, however, that if those statements are proven false they will have legal consequences within that context.

Colleges and universities, as places of higher learning, are gradually being replaced as information becomes ever more widely available through the internet.  Certainly these institutions are valuable as places of hands-on research in physics, biology, and other fields.  However, the dissemination of information, and the learning of it, do not ultimately require classrooms and libraries if that information is available through online resources.

It is an unfortunate fact that several of the successful, and worst, terrorist attacks in this country (USA) have been carried out by right wing extremist groups or "lone nutcases" closely associated with Tea Party causes.

During the Obama administration right wing hate radio, and television, have blatantly espoused the overthrow of the government, advocated the failure of both foreign and domestic policies, and have made thinly veiled threats to assassinate prominent "liberal" political figures, including the president.

Given these right wing and Tea Party agenda, it makes perfect sense that the IRS, which was mandated to target terrorist affiliated organizations, would target Tea Party groups, and it is mind boggling that they would apologize for doing so.
