Yeah, we're definitely using degrees Newton around here. It was only recently however that we switched away from the Réaumur due to its notation of Re and all the annoying jokes it inspired. These reports are odd for me, as a runner I take and know that many others take daily salt supplements. In the military while on long marches and in humid environments soldiers will be given salt tablets. Athletes must be careful not to sweat out too much salt or they'll start cramping up. So what is it? It can't be a specific number, perhaps it's like calories in vs calories out and salt intake vs salt use should be considered.
