Designed to carry an entire shipping crate the Captive Air Amphibious Transporter (CAAT) can pretty much walk on water, and land, and probably anything else you out in front of it. In typically expressive DARPA jargon, it's purpose is to 'De-risk' future humanitarian missions. Just don't get in front of it..."
