Accessing your phone is about accessing data on your phone, therefore it is about data. As much was established with passwords, but for some reason biometric unlock is different? It is only different to the corrupt or ignorant judge that does not believe that compelling testimony is a problem. What next, torture until you confess?

Here is recap of what you said:
a. IDF is not committing any war crimes, any evidence presented is Hamas propaganda.
b. Even if IDF was committing war crimes, it is Hamas' fault anyways.
c. Defending Palestinian civilians is a lower priority than any other IDF goal.

You need to admit to yourself that your views are supporting genocide in Gaza.

Very interesting that you consider protecting civilians important, but only Israeli civilians. Now, tell me how is IDF blocking food coming into Gaza to cause famine is Hamas' fault?

While it is clear to me where you stand, you need to stop fooling yourself and admit that you find it acceptable that genocide in Gaza is happening. You are 100% OK with innocent Palestinians dying. Is that because you don't think there are any innocent Palestinians? Is that because you think they are animals that can't be reasoned with?

So far as I can tell, any civilians being killed in Gaza are, indeed, war crimes

This is my view as well.

the war crimes responsibility is entirely with Hamas.

I don't agree with "entirely". IDF is not doing enough to minimize civilian casualties. For example, blockade of delivery of humanitarian aid and ongoing famine in Gaza is fully on IDF. Another example is using kill zones, where IDF indiscriminately kills anyone moving. In such zones there isn't even an attempt to minimize civilian casualties, which is never OK.

I read it, and don't find that response credible. Apparently there were 3 strikes on the convoy, where multiple times survivors got into remaining cars. Apparently IDF was informed in advance and approved convoy's route and cargo and were contacted again shortly after initial strike. That makes accident a lot less likely. I see it as deliberate targeting.

But you don't, and won't - ever - talk about that, will you?

I absolutely will. Palestinians elected terrorist government that committed multiple war crimes and have a publicly stated goal of eradicating Israel. Israel is entitled to defend itself by retaliating proportionally. A lot of what happening right now in Gaza is well-deserved "find out" phase.

None of this changes the fact that IDF is also committing war crimes. Unless your view that there is no civilians in Palestine.
