Think of today's Hybrids as the equivalent of the first iPod. "No wireless. Less space than a nomad. Lame." It's the 3rd and 4th gen of these vehicles that will blow everything else out off the road, in a matter of speaking.

Your argument is flawed. Assange is not spending public monies and hiding the incompetent handling of a military operation. Nor is he trying to cover up the duplicity of a supposed ally. The Pentagon is.

I don't mind India being able to intercept communications. That might have prevented the Taj attacks in Bombay. Americans need to fly halfway across the world to fight the Taliban. India has a border with Pakistan. Imagine al-Qaeda operating out of Mexico.
