I've got a dried-out bottle of Twink correction fluid thinner in my top desk drawer that's been there for over 20 years. The label says it contains 1,1,1-Trichloroethane.
There's an obscure Windows setting called Mouse Keys that allows you to control the mouse pointer by using the numeric keypad's arrow keys to move the pointer and the middle "5" key to click on something. I have used it as a mouse back-up since Windows XP; it came in handy a few times when the mouse failed and I didn't have a spare one on hand. It's also on my Windows 10 Pro system, I've just configured it now and it's active after a reboot.
Reminds me of this Youtube video I've seen mentioned a few times https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

There exist smartphones that have radio antennas built into the phone and don't require headphones to be plugged in to listen to the FM radio. Here are two such low-end Nokia phones available in New Zealand at the moment:

Nokia C2 2nd Edition: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/produ...
There's also the CAT B40 rugged feature phone: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/produ...
"The X37 can now do the same job better, cheaper and indeed with a lower risk of a PR disaster, and I guess the Starchaser will cover the same role for the civilian market once it is ready."
I believe you are referring to the X-37B and the Dream Chaser mini-shuttles respectively.
The battery is only a few dollars, the cost of a new seal wouldn't be much. Most of the cost is the watch servicer's fees for labour.
You don't have to have it pressure-tested, that's just a nice-to-have to make sure the seals still work. I only have my old waterproof Seiko pressure-tested on every second battery change. Alternatively, for a few dollars more I could have new seals installed instead.
That might not work nowadays https://www.indystar.com/story...
