Say they decide to pay the troops, what about the contractors who were promised money who are risking their lives as well? You think the mercenaries are going to be happy when they find out they might not be paid and that their contract may even be canceled? So how are they going to get their money?

Wait ... for a moment there, I thought you were talking about some point in history, somewhere lost in the Middle Ages....

Gamasutra reports that cloud gaming service OnLive has reached an agreement with Vizio to integrate OnLive directly into the hardware manufacturer's TVs and Blu-ray players. "Vizio also announced that it will introduce ... tablets and smartphones based on Google's Android operating system that integrate the gaming service through its Via Plus ecosystem. OnLive is already publicly available for Apple's iPad, but that app is exclusively for spectating other people who are playing Onlive through PCs or the MicroConsole. Perlman said Onlive is coming to Vizio's mobile devices with playable games. ... Perlman also said that thanks to the open nature of the Android platform, manufacturers are creating more traditional game controllers for Android tablets. Some resemble a gamepad cut in half, where one half snaps on either side of the table screen, Perlman said. Certain Android tablets will also potentially work with Onlive's official controller, if the mobile device supports the appropriate RF interface."

But a lot of businesses might decide it is better for their stockholders to change a label and abort a minor marketing program than to fight an expensive court battle and win.

Aren't you kind of saying that "Free speech is for the rich" as stated above? I know not literally, but it all boils down to it.

Well, the great Founding Fathers could have ruled out laws of physics, such as gravity, for instance. Doesn't mean it will automatically cease to exist. Just because you have that concept on a piece of paper (which even some former president openly declared not much more worthy than a piece of toilet paper), doesn't automagically makes it real.
