Snopes doesnâ(TM)t label satire as false, they simply label it as satire. However, if they did label it as false that would be fine since it would not be a true statement.

Pointing out that a satirical comment isnâ(TM)t a factual statement causes no harm and does nothing to censor or block satire, but someone believing a satirical comment to be factual reporting can result in harm. This is common sense and I would seriously question your intentions if this causes you to be âoefed upâ with Snopes.

This is not an issue of censorship as Snopes is not a censor and even if it was, you cannot yell fire in a crowded theater and claim it was satire.

Well, we can import a Huawei phone, a Pagani Huayra, or a Lamborghini Huracan. I think the obvious reason the US doesnâ(TM)t have its own is that it was already becoming far too difficult to tell if someone was trying to name drop their new toy or projectile vomit. You want to run in either instance but the minimum safe distance varies considerably!
