Japanese scientists find way to read your thoughts

This opens up some startling possibilities. The ability to send your thoughts straight out of your head might allow for more efficient communication, control over electronic systems and even possibly faster creation of art. The most interesting aspect that comes to my mind is electronic integration. If a machine knows what we are thinking could we possibly have more responsive mechanical suits or more accurate surgical devices?

Do we really want to know what goes on in our own heads, much less what someone else is thinking?"
