Four days out of five we were done in 10-15 minutes. On that fifth day, someone would have a question or raise an issue and we'd spend maybe 45 minutes to an hour all brainstorming and designing together. That one hour a week saved us plenty of time down the road, preventing backtracking and bottlenecks. Strict adherence to ceremony (and that word damns the whole Agile/Scrum concept) is what makes these techniques Buzzword Bingo.
