So what? What's the percentage of drivers who ever use the jack stowed in their auto? AM radio isn't taking up any extra room and the only reason to remove it is cost savings, whatever they may be. These stats are just an excuse.

That World Wide Web thingy might be nice and of interest to some people but my favorite thing to come out of CERN was Scientific Linux. Running an operating system from CERN on your computer was one of those ultra-geek coolish things which no-one understood but you.

Ahhh... the memories of the weird looks I'd get from people. Well... still do, for that matter. But for other reasons.

If this electric vehicle thing was truly a great idea and/or way cheaper you wouldn't need to pass legislation to force people to adopt it.

If you can find the 1996 series, "Dark Skies", you're in for a treat. It's "The X Files" done right. And you get the added bonus of J.T. Walsh in every episode.

By my calcs those numbers mean they have more than 700 thousand employees.

That's more than enough people to run a decent sized cargo dock. If you have that many employees and at the end of the day you're not loading product onto trucks or driving it out the door, what do these people do?

My most recent report card from Amazon Smile was dated 20 DEC:

"This is the quarterly notification to inform you that AmazonSmile has made a charitable donation to the charity you’ve selected in the amount of $7,451.47 as a result of qualifying purchases made by you and other customers between July 1st - September 30th." ...so not a huge amount but better than nothing.
