Multiple jobs, whether using ChatGPT or not, sounds like living to work. I'd rather get paid for the little actual work I do now and enjoy the rest of my time than take on another job.

The ChatGPT AI is a manufactured product. The one that is legally responsible is the company that produced that product. Just like if any other manufactured product malfunctions and causes someone harm.

Kids today don't need to learn computer skills. They need to learn to read and write, to do math, and they need to learn art and music.
They have plenty of time to learn computer skills later, like high school.

Maybe we should just stop polluting our planet. Stop putting money and profits over peoples lives and the future of our species.

You could just buy the ink when the printer starts indicating that it is running low.

Better yet, get a laser printer. I've had my current one for over 3 years now and I'm still using the toner cartridges that came with the printer.

If you look, and you don't even have to look that closely, you can immediately tell if something is sold by Amazon or by a third party. It's basically right there under the Add to Cart / Buy now buttons.

If it doesn't say "Ships from and sold by Amazon" Amazon I don't buy it. I've never had an issue with Amazon itself, and I'm not going to chance it with some fly-by-night third party.

It is nice to see a study/ poll backing up what we've already known for decades. Turn the audio up on your tv to be able to hear the movie / tv show and then frantically reach for the remote when the commercials come blasting out of the speakers.

Interesting, because I have found the complete opposite. I tend to find that those that are self taught have no capability to switch away from the language they taught themselves to something else.

"You program in PHP? Ok, but we need you to do this in C++". *Blank stare*

I find CS graduates are more language agnostic than those that taught themselves how to program because a really good CS program of study isn't just about learning a language. It's about learning how everything works behind the language.
