Going for the scapegoat explanation betrays either a catastrophic misunderstanding of the physics, chemistry, psychology, and economics that undergirds our way of life or else a morally questionable cynicism that says its okay to rile up the plebs with tales of apocalypse to vote my favored politicians into office and to raise the stock price of my EV and battery manufacturer holdings.
