Obviously, congresscritters have access and power over things that matter in this country (even if recent history says they don't act on it). Your email from your ex claiming you don't know how to emotionally get involved or your daily email from groupon aren't at all interesting, even in the aggregate.

I ordered a new monitor to replace a burned out one last Friday (Dec 17) with 2 day shipping. Not amazon prime, but UPS, specifically 2 Day shipping. Should be here either last Monday or Tuesday, right? Worst case, it arrived today? No, It is scheduled to deliver NEXT monday (Dec 30). I paid an extra $20 for it (free shipping would be scheduled for when I am SUPPOSED to now get it), and you better believe a $20 UPS giftcard isn't going to cut it.

The plan was $275/month or 2.75% per swipe. However, the 275 per month was limited to the first $10,000 (ie $275 in fees). After this, it defaulted to the 2.75% anyway. Therefore, if you chose monthly, and didn't use it all, you actually paid a higher price. By definition, you could always just take the 2.75%, so I don't know why anyone would ever choose the monthly plan in the first place.

COGS is not 0. It's $49, plus shipping to customer, plus ebay listing fees, plus ebay selling fees, plus insurance, plus phototagging and insuring each item OR returns for wrong product (which ebay says seller is SOL if they send the correct product and get a different product returned and don't take time to prove what the items are), plus regular returns for actual product defects. Keep in mind that as a seller you also have to compete with the store, and in internet times, other sellers, so you aren't selling for a small discount (say...249 instead of 279) but rather a much larger one (probably in the 100-150 range). The item in question, that rings up for 279 at the store, is going for 139 shipped from amazon right now, so if he is selling for 119, I could easily see the maximum margin in the 15-20 dollar range per item.

This isn't rocket science. The guy is a huge moron.
