We must be one of the most stupid type of 'thinking' alien specie tho... the one that lives in the same mudball and can't communicate because we don't even speak the same language (think of the embarrassment at the galaxy council)... and we fight our own specie's immaginary enemies....and even more we witch-hunt within the same faction... Putting everyone in the same mix is not fair imho. There are 'conspiracy' ppl out there, and they will find all possible tricks to keep on believing everything is fake or whatever. BUT there are also some perfectly normal and rational ppl who have some serious doubts about the first landing. There are some totally undeniable 'flaws' in those pictures, ok nasa said they doctored those, fine then they show us the originals, pretty simple, I think it's a shame if they really have been there in the first flight to have citizens doubt that. Just show those ugly originals, not matter what. But hearing a nasa researcher say that with nowadays technology it will take about 20 years of r&d to put someone on the moon... well ...that stinks. They lost most of contractors projects... schemes...everything... that's a nice scientific way of conducting a mission/experiment... not. Anyway, I hope they will provide some CLEAR pictures for the landing site...to shut up all the crackpot. If they don't then it's time for the citizens to inquiry officially into this.

They were totally completely superior! moreover they left their best jew and alike brains go abroad, imagine if they kept those. As someone said, compare this to what other flew at the time... I can clearly see where B2 comes from.... And not to forget what V1/V2 were if compared to other airplane dumb-bombs... V2 impacted at supersonic speed thousands of miles away. And no satellites nor computers... (well until they find the Reich satellites orbit eh). That's an example of what a really determined nation can do, and all humanity could do (in the right direction of course). If only we would stop throwing sticks at each other... by now we could have been colonizing the inner solar system....no kidding. cheers mrn

I do not understand how someone in the 21st century would still feel the urge to CENSOR anything, again. We have not learned from our past , not a thing, if we are still debating such basic issues. Freedom of speech and thought is something that should not be never ever menaced. But since the governments are still so much into the deep mud of religious influences and other anti-human believes, I propose that the Internet should be split in two trunks, one for the government usage, that allows completely official comunication and information between citizen and the state. And another, which is the 'normal' internet, which would be only for 18+ yrs old citizens and has no censoring whatsoever. Granted, it is a compromise , but it's maybe the less problematic one. Religions are the relics of a world in which absolute military power and violence was the daily routine. We should get rid of them. And this comes by a correct education. my2c mrn

Submission + - Slashdot moderation does more damage than benefit

Mr_Nitro writes: "Hi all. Since the introduction of the so called moderation system, I think it does nothing but prevent some _real_ insightful comments from being seen unless you adopt a 'show all' policy. This is becoming a truly scary society. This is the beginning of the end of 'freedom' as our fathers thought and fought for. Let me tell you an example of what will be next in few years. You won't be allowed to cook your food at home, you know why? because you are not able to cook properly, you are not a trained chef, you could hurt your health and make taxpayers pay for your future disease due to extra fat or whatever you like to cook. This can be very real. You will only have state delivered and packaged meals. And I tell you one thing, I am ready to fight to death against this transformation. mrn
