Don't laugh. Soon there will be the equivalent of an MS "Facebook" baked into Windows 10 too.
Can just imagine it now - you're working on some code, a document, or playing that awesome game when all of a sudden a window pops over your active one and shows you all the food and kid pictures of other Windows 10 users around the world with the request that you "Like" them.

Journal Journal: Time to abandon the "new" Daylight Savings Time hours. 10
The extension of daylight savings time to the first Sunday of November was supposed to save energy. It didn't. What it did do was mess up people's biological clocks even more, by making them out of sync with their local time for a longer period.
I switched back to EDT a couple of weeks ago. It's a lot better than feeling drained by the middle of the afternoon.
Time to bring this "experiment" to an end.

Since May, Collins and his friends, including a botanist and an insurance salesman, have been working on their 20-foot steel monster throwing machine called Chucky 3. Next week, they will load Chucky on a low-boy trailer and haul it down to Delaware. Their Team Chucky will participate in the annual World Championship Punkin Chunkin pumpkin throwing contest starting November 4. They aim to break the one-mile mark.
