The outer shell and battery are the primary wear items in a phone. Replace those and you are pretty much as good as new.

They also replace any defective modules, it is cleaned to a like new state and you get a full factory warranty identical to a new product.

I think his analogy is pretty accurate

I just can't figure out why my demonstrably impractical electric automobiles have safely and reliably been driven over 65,000 miles without any problems.

Heck, I can't even figure out what is impractical about them at all. Can't be the zero time I spend standing out in the rain, wind, cold, dust, heat fueling them. Can't be the zero time I've spent getting oil changes. Can't even be the cost since they have been far cheaper to own than the gas powered automobiles that proceeded them.

Those crazy Wright brothers were just plain nuts, nobody in their right mind would see any practical use for their glorified hang gliders.

It doesn't take gerrymandering to keep Democrats in control of Maryland when voter registration skews 2-1 in favor of the Democrats.

It's actually a surprise that the Republicans hold the edge in voter registration in one of those districts. In every other one it is heavily Democratic.

They have to have fairly equal number of people in each district so it will naturally require carving up the big population centers which are heavily skewed Democrat.

It's not like the Electoral College where voters from rural-centric states get far heavier representation. If you are.a rural voter in Maryland you don't get more representation for your vote.

I read it again, it doesn't say "for the rest of the year". It said they are "at 99.5% for all of 2018" but they aren't. They are at 85% for 2018 and maybe that will improve or maybe it will get worse.

All of 2018 only consists of a bit under 13 days so far. That's all there is to 2018 as of today.
