The researchers said that playing video games, especially if they are violent game titles can reduce blood circulation to the brain, thus reducing a person's grip on his or her emotional outbursts.
There were 30 participants that the researchers had studied, all of these participants were about 25 year old, and each participant was asked to play a video game for about 30 minutes, and had his or her brain monitored."
