They bring in ballistics experts when they do explosions. They also do them on closed bomb ranges.
That answers your stupid question.
What're you basing this on?
Message boards have been around since the dawn of the web. They're still going strong. You can just look at Facebook as an upgraded form of message board. It makes communications comparatively easier than email, and instant messaging. So I don't really see how it's going to wind up being a bad memory. Unless they really bugger things up and determine that they've been selling peoples credit card numbers to terrorists. Even then, I doubt people would care..
Wha...?
Funny thing about Videotron is they're on really really good terms with the government. I mean REALLY good.
A few years back Rogers made a bid to buy out Videotron, and the Québec government stepped in and blocked the deal. So you can't expect Videotron to be too concerned about violating regulations or laws, or anything to that effect.
Honestly. My cable company just raised my bill per month by $10, so I canceled my cable all together. If they're complaining about internet stealing all their business they should take a look at the sort of terrible programming they're offering. I wanted 3 extra channels on my cable package, but I couldn't just get just those channels, I had to get an additional 200 channels I didn't want and an additional $30 on my bill. The internet's rightly stealing their business because when you go online you can watch whatever the hell you want whenever you want. It's a pretty clear case of an anachronistic business model complaining that the new better ways are digging into their bottom line.
Only through hard work and perseverance can one truly suffer.
