My opinion is Megaupload's biggest problem in the end is they never made friends in high places.

I was looking over a new artists youtube page trying to decide if I wanted to buy an album.
One of the music videos ON THE BANDS OWN PAGE was removed my their "label". After that I never looked at another album from them again.
Apple is wrong. Instead of investing in USA factory's and training workers here to build their products they tapped the cheap labor market overseas. Now that cheap labor market has a head start on the labor knowledge curve and Apple isn't looking back.
ANYONE WHO HAS WORKED AT ANYTHING IN THEIR LIFES KNOWS YOU GET BETTER THE MORE YOU WORK ON THE SAME THING, ITS NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND.

Yep. The only way to fix the problem is to take away the the ability of the corporations to secure the same rights as living people. (I really wish I could rack up a million parking tickets, then dissolve my name and create a new name thus dropping all illegal activity off my record with zero accountability whatsoever.)
