It needs to be CE certified "moto" helmet. But other than that, it can be open face, it can be half, it can be offroad, your choice. Or full face. At least in the countries I have lived, there is no conditions on power. I am not a lawyer, but i would assume these rules are largely uniform within EU.

I do SEPA payments to euro accounts in non-euro country regurarly.

In the other direction, my bank keeps different currencies on my account and any money arriving in a foreign currency will remain in that currency until I convert it. Probably not all banks are this good, but I like it. When I receive GBP or USD, I do not necessarily want it to be automatically converted (with the associated overhead) only to be converted back later. Or to a different currency. So if my native currency wasn't Euro and someone transferred it to me, my bank would accept it and keep it in Euro.

Comment Re: Radio stations mad too? (Score 1) 242

Radio stations generally do not play albums, not in order and not on shuffle. Radio station is an equivalent of a curated playlist, which is a completely different thing. But as i remember, when Apple announced curated playlist, it was considered elitist. General population prefers its music chosen by algorithms and even then on shuffle.

If you manage to get through all the hurdles that spotify throws at you on the way to get to an actual album, you deserve to listen to it in the order it was intended.

Most of the time spotify prefers to play you stuff that it Thinks you like. I suspect they assume that the average listener does not know what he wants to listen and acts accordingly. I also suspect that they are right. But as they do not care in which order they listen it and I do, why not play it in the correct order?

Americans are strange. In my country there is zero chance that any password or pin or anything security related could be changed over the phone. You can disable credit cards and stuff, but you can never get any new credentials over the phone. All this yankee âoeidentityâ that relies on a photoshopped utility bill is quit hilarious.
