The ullage tanks are inside of the other tanks, and the others most probably are too. We know this because it got them in trouble with one of the early launches when the carbon fiber overwrap on the tank sparked inside of the oxygen tank due to expansion and caused a big boom (RUD).

But the purchase can be traced back to time and date, and Walmart and most malls have cameras everywhere... Sprinkle in a little facial recognition tech from your favorite alphabet soup agency and you can probably nail down the identity of the purchaser. And this can be further corroborated with logs of SIM card and/or wifi connections in the area. It's *a lot* harder to be anonymous than you think it is. Even if you pay someone to buy it for you they can probably pick your picture out when they are detained for "questioning".

Ever hear of Malthus? Extrapolating growth at the current rate and with current constraints often leads to predictions of doom. We need more people like Lawrence Borlaug to help instead of Malthus studying tea leaves and predicting doom. We all know that we're doomed, ain't nobody getting out alive in the end, but we can adapt and change and do something amazing in the meantime!

Whether the effort was as extensive as Cambridge Analytics we will probably never know, but I guarantee that it's been done by both side to polarize voters using trigger topics such as gun control or abortion.
