zumed678 writes: "This module provides an in-depth discussion of the Bill of Rights and examines why it was created. Each of the first ten amendments is discussed in detail. The module places special emphasis on the components of the First Amendment (speech, religion, and assembly) and explains some of the accepted limitations on these basic rights. Other topics include the right to bear arms (Amendment 2), protection from unreasonable search and seizure (Amendment 4), the right to a speedy trial by an impartial jury (Amendment 6), and protection from cruel and unusual punishment (Amendment 8)."
