eldavojohn writes: After the success of the Perry Bible Fellowship in actual print, it may seem common sense for another popular comic strip to follow suit. In June, Randall Munroe will be releasing a dead trees print book of about 10,000 pressings of XKCD as it seems to be gaining popularity — even having a cartoonoff with the New Yorker. His infamous "title" text will appear where the traditional "copyright" mark would appear on the comic in print and it will still be creative commons. Gordon commented on that too, saying 'To anyone who wants to photocopy, bind, and give a copy of the book to their loved one — more power to them. He/She will likely be disappointed that you're so cheap, though.'
