weav writes: AP story, here shown at Salon, says engineer in Chatsworth (LA) train crash was texting some kids just before hitting an oncoming freight. He had to have blown past a red signal at end of Chatsworth siding and forced the switch to hit it.

Moral: Hang up and drive, whatever the vehicle...
