graveyhead writes: "In a sweeping victory, George W. Bush has convinced congress to trash the fourth amendment. Neither current presidential campaign candidate is worried about this issue, and both are now supporting this retroactive immunity to lawsuits. This is wrong and normal citizens are getting the short end of the deal. The Huffington Post lists the 15 democrats who voted to protect your rights. Here is a brief summary of surveillance in the United States and some thoughts about where we're heading."
