An anonymous reader writes: Bell, Canada's largest telecom company, has called on the Canadian government to create a mandated website blocking system without judicial review in NAFTA. The company wants the blocking system overseen by the CRTC, the telecom regulator. Bell is also calling for NAFTA to include the complete criminalization of copyright with criminal provisions attached to all commercial infringement.
