Submission + - Linux 2.6.23 goes stable.

technosattva writes: After some time and various release candidates, kernel.org now says:

"The latest stable version of the Linux kernel is: 2.6.23"


While it may take some time for this to trickle down into the various distributions this is exciting news. The new kernel includes various features, such as integration of Xen, and the new scheduling algorithm.
