Submission + - Judge rules paper money unfair for the blind

JayBonci writes: A federal judge has ruled that the current batch and production methods of paper money is unfair for blind people, in an interesting ruling on Tuesday. It seems that some kind of change to the texture to make it more identifiable to the touch is in order, through embossing, holes, a size change, or something.
