Submission + - Obesity linked to cognitive problems

orasio writes: Medscape reports about October's issue of Neurology, a study that shows an inverse correlation between BMI and short term memory. Subjects with diagnosed obesity underperformed their skinny counterparts when remembering a list of items. Other effects on cognition are suspected, too. Maybe actually going outside, and quit eating Doritos could make you smarter!
