    This tech is extremely valuable for a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, it eliminates the need for fuel tankers. If you run this thing off solar you can use tap water and air to fuel your car, and give your house cleaner air as a side effect. Once you've paid for the machine, the only real cost of running this thing is the power. I expect a solar powered unit would be a great investment.
