jfruh writes: The problems afflicting the Federal government's portal for the new health care exchanges has been suffering a series of widely publicized problems that have made it difficult for many to sign up for coverage. The nature of the site's failures is actually fairly typical of online government healthcare projects in other countries, and are made worse by decision-making driven by a lack of political consensus.
