GregLaden writes: If all the water trapped in glacial ice was freed and the sea levels rose correspondingly, New England would become an island, Lake Erie would be an arm of the sea, the Sea of California would .. well, it would actually be partly in California, Florida would be gone and there would be a big bay in what is now Louisiana.
