Submission + - What is the evidence that chemical weapons are being used in Syria? A primer (thebulletin.org)

Lasrick writes: An excellent read by chemical weapons experts Charles Blair and Mila Johns describes how the US may have undercut the international taboo against chemical weapons use, and exactly what the evidence is thus far that chemical weapons have been used by either side. There is a distinction to be made between lethal and non-lethal chemical agents, and many non-lethal agents are not banned by international convention. Good stuff.
