An anonymous reader writes: Last week it was http://news.slashdot.org/story/12/12/09/1726222/freebsd-project-falls-short-of-year-end-funding-target-by-nearly-50 FreeBSD having trouble reaching next years donations, this times it's NetBSD, targeting 60k but only reaching about 15k http://www.netbsd.org/donations/. Is this a sign of deeper troubles in *BSD-land. And do we solve them with donations? — mayb *BSD need more developers instead.
