A local man is setting up a Craig's list type matching service to match available homes and basements to entrepreneurial hackers who want to develop apps and/or can see advantages to to lightning fast fiber cable.
I have a basement bedroom. Is it a good idea to sponsor/rent this out to someone unknown or should I give it a pass?"
