An anonymous reader writes: Radiology software is outdated — most CT and MRI scans are still transported on CDs and DVDs, rather than being sent electronically. Claripacs lets you annotate and email CT and MRI scans using HTML5. It also contains a growing database of anonymized high-res 3D scans of patients with various diseases — previously rarely seen by those outside of medicine.
