Submission + - Zynga

RandomAvatar writes: A member of my family has recently been scammed by Zynga. This is an older lady that plays Farmville in her free time and does not understand that you need to read absolutely everything concerning a purchase when you spend money online. Not only did Zynga refuse to so much as reverse the purchase, but also acted in a condescending manner towards her. Being the vengful person I am when my family is wronged, what would be the best way to spread this information to as many people as possible? I have the conversation and emails as proof as well.
