Submission + - Bob Pease Dies In Car Accident (eetimes.com)

Dolly_Llama writes: Bob Pease, an alpha geek in the field of analog design died last night in a car accident. Pease, recently retired from National Semiconductor, was famous in the valley for his intuitive knowledge of analog circuits and his ability to communicate that knowledge to others.

In a sad coincidence, he died returning from the memorial service for Jim Williams, another great in the field of analog design, who passed away last week from a stroke.
