First Amendment, and then FEDERAL authority to regulate Interstate Commerce.

The Colorado-based man was arrested for selling a special autographed copy of the book to a person in Polk, FL, that EXPLICITLY ASKED FOR IT. This type of transaction falls within the purvey of the federal government, not a local county government.

Throw the judge in prison, remove him from all position of power and remove his pension.

Arrest all officers involved on the same charges, remove their powers and pensions.

I hate to defend an undoubtedly sick fuck, but this involves everybody's freedoms as well as what little bit of decent use there is left in the Commerce Clause.

Thought crime is not a crime. It might be sick and twisted, but until acted upon, it is no crime.

Happiness is twin floppies.
