When the localisations are verified at translatewiki.net, they are submitted to SVN and the LocalisationUpdate process will include any localisation where the message in English in SVN is the same as the local message."
Is it possible that software is not like anything else, that it is meant to
be discarded: that the whole point is to always see it as a soap bubble?
