Company We Love To Hate

This story over at the Boston Daily Globe talks from a fairly non technical viewpoint about the problem with Microsoft and it's operating systems. The author suggests that the answer is Macintosh *giggle* but at least the first part of the article shows the entertaining stuff that all us Linux Users don't worry about (BSoD?
