transloads.co ™ is a purpose built, cloud-based, transloading software for managing small and medium-sized rail-to-truck reload yards. This full-featured Transload Management System stands out for its ease of use and ease of ownership. As a cloud-native solution, it manages all security, storage, and backups, so the customers can focus on their business, rather than managing servers.
The software runs across desktop and mobile devices to coordinate work between managers and yard operators. Key product features include:

Positive: Customizable, tailor made, great support, ease of use, lots of checks and verifications. Multiple levels of access, integrates all aspects of warehouse tracking and processing functions and ease of use for my operators on their phone or tablets.
Negative: Steep learning curve but that is typical for any WMS.

Great Software - User Friendly Date: May 16 2022
Summary: My overall experience is very positive. The support staff/customer service is great. They make me feel like I am their priority and always take their time to help. Every feature is useable, and it is not a complicated system to use. I am very happy with how the software performs in the field and back in the office.
Positive: What I like best is the interface is very easy to navigate and use. All the data is necessary to the job and the support staff is very helpful. I can manage all inbound railcars and trucks, along with their inventory, then the outbound process. I cannot speak highly enough of the tools and how well the software was built to make it easy to navigate.
Negative: No Cons - When I have issues, it is typically on my end. The support team is eager to help and guides me through the problem I encountered to teach me what I did wrong.

Summary: This is a vital piece of software/service for transloaders - creates original documentation, controls inventory and creates a running archive of our work product.
Positive: The scope of the system covers our work product from receiving a loaded railcar to finalizing truckloads to the final end receiver. The team behind the system are pro-active, energetic and quick to respond when you need them.
Negative: The workflow and on-screen implementation of work steps is not yet idiot-proof - needs an industry-experienced user to make full use of the capabilities and features available.
