Patients Your Way (PatYW), ensures that the staff at the diet office are aware of a patient's nutritional history. This includes meal patterns, food preference, and clinical orders. This information is used to determine the best way to care for patients in real-time. PatYW continuously updates data during patient stays to include new dietary requirements & recommendations as well as any changes in meal preferences.
PatYW integrates seamlessly with the facility’s Order Entry, Laboratory, ADT, and Pharmacy systems to collect and manage real-time data. These systems automatically update VST patient records to ensure staff can provide a safer and more satisfying healthcare experience. All historical data is archived securely when a patient leaves the hospital in case the patient returns. Authorized foodservice staff can easily access, recall, and/or update archival data.
