Sheet.chat Description

Sheet.chat, a Slack app that connects to Google Sheets documents (also known as spreadsheets), is available. Slack channels and private discussions allow users to: search for spreadsheet records, enter new records, and receive notifications about changes. Slack also has a native Google Drive app which provides previews of links and notifications about new files and access requests. Sheet.chat is a spreadsheet-based chat that offers advanced features and more information about the content of spreadsheets. Both should be used in tandem. Sign-in to Slack with at least one member of a Slack workspace. Next, connect a Google Account to configure the spreadsheets. Anyone can then use Sheet.chat within the workspace. Sheet.chat requires access to spreadsheet data to enable notifications and search capabilities. It uses Google Sheets API v4 and the OAuth 2.0 protocol with the scope "spreadsheets".
