    Great platform which will replace your deskphone

    Summary: It literally changed my working schedule and my mobility, it gives me opportunity to be online even when I'm not in office, and this is very vital for an emergency situation.

    Positive: The platform is very easy to use and devices which you can add makes it very great tool if you on a mobile office or you often not at the desk. Also, for a stationary office work the platform can replace a normal desk phone

    Summary: Overall RingCentral has exceeded my expectations and if we had the need for additional features I’d consider a paid plan.

    Positive: This software is great for allowing us to communicate internally at no cost. It also has the plus of being the only free solution I’ve found with dial in numbers.

    Summary: Based on my experience it's easy for me to use this software because the menu is understandable. It just take a few clicks no need for us to undergo training on how to use it.

    Positive: The software gives us the opportunity to send text messages and set up a voice message, put it on hold, and also transfer a call just like how our mobile phone works.

    Negative: Sometimes we encounter problems when the internet is slow so we are experiencing choppy sounds or sometimes disconnected.

    Summary: Overall I have loved my experience with RingCentral as they have been the leader in this space for many years and have been using them for over 11 years.

    Positive: Has all the features needed with desktop, mobile, and browser capabilities. With click to call from your mobile or browser is a sweet add-on. able to set up simple IVRs for your business needs as well.

    Negative: The only con for the system would be when adding new users and setting up extensions could be confusing at first but after you create a few you will get the hang of it.

    Negative: Service is dependent on the internet, so when traveling down the highway, sometimes a call will drop if you have bad cell reception.
