Summary: Overall our experience with observe.ai has been great. from the ease of use of the platform to admin work to run it so easy. Love it!
Positive: It connected right to our contact center Talkdesk. We didn't need to really do much to install them in the app connect partner program. Got a 30-day trial to test them out. So many features from scorecards, moments and screen recordings.
Negative: Not as feature-rich compared to some other players that have been in the game for longer. But this team is really working hard and coming out with more and more each year.
